  • All installations should have a current EICR
  • Installations should be tested at intervals not exceeding 5 years
  • Testing will be carried out by a time served and experienced electrical tester

  • SMOKE / HEAT DETECTORS The requirement for detectors has changed significantly, in short let accommodation there should be interlinked smoke detectors in every habitable room (including bedrooms), heat in the kitchen
  • CO DETECTORS The requirement for CO detectors is there should be one located in any room containing a fuel burning appliance such as a boiler / gas hob / open fire. These all to be interlinked
  • Being an AICO approved installer of Smoke, Heat detectors, CO detectors we can help you achive this standard. 
  • FREE smoke and CO detector testing and compliance guidance is included with every EICR carried out 
  • Scheduled inspection, maintenance and testing
